PANEL AND WORKSHOP AT NEOCON 2026 BY MOHAWK GROUP

Our long-term collaboration with Mohawk Group continues with the panel “Fractal Futures: Wellness-Driven Environments” on June 9 at Chicago Design Week 2026 in Chicago, USA. Anastasija Lesjak (13&9 Design and ScienceDesignLab) and Martin Lesjak (INNOCAD architecture) will join Jackie Dettmar (Mohawk Group) to discuss the role and future of fractal patterns in built spaces.⁠

The conversation explores the origin of the ScienceDesignLab and how fractal patterns can influence attention, reduce stress, and contribute to spaces that support human comfort and well-being. Bringing together perspectives from science, architecture, and design, the panel highlights the potential of evidence-based approaches to create healthier built environments like healthcare, educational, public and private settings.⁠
