FRACTAL CODE LIGHT

The combined lighting and acoustic solution supports a calm, pleasant working environment with a stress-reducing effect thanks to fractal patterns, based on research by Prof. Dr. Richard Taylor (University of Oregon & Fractals Research, USA) in collaboration with 13&9 Design.

The luminaire provides high visual comfort thanks to standard compliant, glare free light (UGR ≤ 19) and excellent colour rendering (CRI ≥ 90 which is ideal for dual workstations, above meeting tables and reception areas.

The luminaire body is made from high-quality, self-supporting PET felt containing at least 50% recycled material. The material provides excellent sound-absorbing properties while offering a refined visual and tactile surface. Constructed from two layers and framed by an extruded aluminium profile, the large felt surface contributes to improved acoustic comfort in interior spaces and is available in three color variations.

The system uses single LED light points positioned in a recessed light plane to achieve effective glare reduction. At the same time, specially developed lens technology ensures high efficiency and a wide flood radiation characteristic, optimized for the illumination of office workstations. Energy-efficient LEDs with very good colour rendering provide high-quality light for productive environments.

As a pendant luminaire with cable suspension, FRACTAL CODE LIGHT allows tool-free height adjustment and includes a feeder cable, enabling flexible installation in different spatial contexts.
